I-77 From The North & South

From I-77 (North or South), take Exit #18 (Highway 277). This road becomes Bull Street. Continue on Bull Street to Taylor Street and turn left. After approximately 1 mile, Taylor Street becomes Forest Drive. Providence Hospital is one block ahead on your left, past the intersection of Two Notch Road. Turn left onto Bernardin--PMOB III is on the left.

I-26 From the South

Traveling on I-26 West toward Spartanburg, exit onto I-77 North and follow to Exit #12. Take a left onto Forest Drive. Proceed past Trenholm Road and Beltline Boulevard. Drive approximately 4.2 miles, turn Right onto Bernardin Avenue (first road pass the hospital). PMOB III is on the left.

I-26 From the North

Follow I-26 into Columbia (I-126 becomes Elmwood Avenue). At the 5th stoplight, turn right onto Bull Street. Travel 5 blocks and turn left onto Taylor Street. After approximately 1 mile, Taylor Street becomes Forest Drive. Providence Hospital is one block ahead on your left, past the intersection of Two Notch Road. Turn left onto Bernardin Avenue. PMOBIII is on the left.

I-20 From the East

From I-20 West, take exit #76A(I-77). Exit South toward Charleston. Travel 3 miles to Exit #12 (Forest Drive). Turn right on Forest Drive. Providence Hospital is 4.2 miles ahead on your right. Turn right onto Bernardin AVenue (first road pass the hospital). PMOBIII is on the left.

I-20 From the West

From I-20 East, take Exit #74A. Follow the signs into Columbia on I-126. I-126 becomes Elmwood Avenue. At the 5th stoplight turn right onto Bull Street. Travel 5 blocks and turn left onto Taylor Street. After approximately 1 mile, Taylor Street becomes Forest Drive. Providence Hospital is one block ahead on your left, past the intersection of Two Notch Road. Turn left onto Bernardin Avenue. PMOB III is on the left.
